I have had the pleasure of working with pianist, Chris Garofalo for close to 20 years.  Chris is such an incredible artist; but almost always makes way and defers to those with him he is collaborating.  He's no shrinking violet, by any means; but provides always just the right amount of presence and support to allow he and those with whom he collaborates to create once in a lifetime artistic moments.  When you work with Chris, some beautifully special thing will happen, although at what point and how you can't predict.

I am so glad that Chris is my friend; he puts up with my unpredictability and I roll my eyes and chuckle at some of his life-rigidness.  But generally, when we come together, we laugh and enjoy our long friendship making music together.
